电子商务的运营模式就是在电子商务模式就是在电子商务的运营中逐渐形成的参与者的组合,以及商品在这些参与者之间的流动的方式、机制和规则。现在运营模式主要分为B2B模式、B2C模式、C2C模式、B2G模式、B2E模式、C2B模式、020模式。

B2B运作过程分为四个阶段:1、使整个企业与企业之间的“供应链”与“配销商”自动化,透过互联网,企业间商业交易资讯交换。2、电子资料,是将电子表格的每一个字段,以一对一的方式,对应于商业交易书面表格中的每一个部分,就像所有的采购单及交易记录都记录在数据库中。3、电子资金转移,如银行与 其往来企业之间资金的自动转账。4、所有的出货需求在经过数据库处理后自动完成物流配送的要求。
